Hi, I’m Roberto Osorio, a product design leader based in the Washington, DC area. For more than a decade, I’ve led design initiatives for enterprise SaaS platforms, federal government systems, and data-driven products used by global organizations and public institutions.
My work focuses on experience strategy, platform modernization, AI-enabled workflows, and design systems that support complex digital ecosystems—including enterprise SaaS platforms used by nearly one million professionals and mission-critical federal systems supporting the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. House of Representatives.
